What style of photo should I take?
Your photos should capture real, PlayStation® life. They could be special moments, you at play or sharing with your friends. Remember, the PlayStation® public will spot anything staged.
Can I tweak my photo using image software?
Photos may be digitally enhanced to remove spots or scratches, or make them brighter, but you shouldn’t manipulate the content. We reserve the right to exclude any image we believe may have been treated so as to alter its authenticity.
Can I alter photos by moving or adding objects?
Yes, you can add or move objects to enhance your photo but you shouldn’t excessively manipulate the content. We reserve the right to exclude any image we believe may have been treated so as to alter its authenticity.
Should my photo be high resolution?
Yes, keep it as high resolution as possible. We want your photos to look good on the site. You can upload files up to 20MB and we'll handle how your photos are displayed. Simply upload photos straight from your computer or camera.
We recommend you take photos in as high resolution as possible, 6 megapixels and above, because we want to feature the best photos in PlayStation ads!
How do I upload a photo?
Uploading a photo is quick and easy. Go to our Upload page and follow the instructions. When you’ve uploaded your photos, they’ll appear on our site for others to see, rate and award Super Votes.
What if a photo or its contents are offensive or illegal?
If you find a photo on this site offensive, go to the “Report this photo” link by each individual photo. We’ll assess the content and take down anything inappropriate.
How do I rate the photos?
Look for real life moments, funny times or having fun with your friends – whatever you think captures the PlayStation® spirit best.
Rate each photo from 1 to 5 depending on whether you think it has PlayStation® attitude. When you have decided which photo you think should win, award it your Super Vote.
What is a Super Vote?
A Super Vote is your special way of declaring who you think should win the competition. Use it wisely, you only get one!
A Super Vote automatically gives the photo a 5-star rating. And when selecting the 111 people with the highest rated photos for the final, Super Votes will be used as tie breakers. For example, if two photos have exactly the same rating, the person with the photo that has more Super Votes will make the final round.
Do the highest rated photos win the prizes?
The 111 people with the highest rated photos as decided by visitors to the competition site will go through to the final round. If ratings are tied, the number of Super Votes will be used to decide which photo makes the final.
If you have entered more than one photo, only your highest rated photo will be considered for qualification for the final. In the final round an independent judge will decide who wins the prizes.
All photos submitted to the competition have the chance to be featured in a PlayStation® ad.
How many times can I enter the competition?
You can enter as many photos as you want but you can only win one prize. If you’ve got more than one great photo, keep uploading and sharing with your friends – it could be the photo to get high enough ratings to be in with a chance of winning a prize.
Every photo you upload is automatically entered into the competition.
When does the competition finish?

When are the winners announced?
We’ll announce the winners shortly after the competition has finished and once the independent judge has made their selections. We’ll notify winners individually by email and post the results on this website. So visit us again when the competition has finished and find out who has won.
Will you only use the winning photos in your ads?
All photos entered into the competition have the chance to be part of a PlayStation® ad. We are expecting some truly amazing photos from the entire PlayStation® community so even if you don’t win a prize it’s possible we’ll use your photos if we think they are great.
We recommend you take photos in as high resolution as possible, 6 megapixels and above, so the image quality is suitable for a PlayStation® ad.
Will the website be taken down after the competition?
We’ll keep the website open for a while so you can keep sharing photos and swapping PlayStation® experiences.
